
College staff broaden their horizons through Erasmus+ mobility
May is a particularly active and inspiring month at our College, with several staff members taking the opportunity to take part in Erasmus+ mobility, strengthening international cooperation, gaining new knowledge and inspiration for further professional development.
📚 Madara Macāne, Head of the Library, together with Ilze Vanzoviča, Methodologist of the study programme “Medicine”, went to the University of Granada in Spain to participate in the Erasmus+ Library Staff Training Week 2025. From 5 to 9 May, they took part in an exchange of experience with colleagues from other European universities, learned about modern library practices and strengthened cooperation with partners.
🌍 Raivis Davidsons, Head of Legal and HR, participated in the 5th International Week at Alanya University in Turkey, where he discussed HR development issues and forged new contacts for future cooperation.
🤝 Erasmus coordinator and education project manager Sanita Puncule took part in the Erasmus+ International Partner Days organised by Tallinn TK University of Applied Sciences in Estonia from 5 to 7 May. During the event, the Erasmus+ programme development directions were discussed and mutual exchange of experience between the representatives of the universities was promoted.
