ERASMUS BIP “Introduction in Military medicine” virtual days

👏🏼The ERASMUS BIP (Blended Intensive program) “Introduction to Military Medicine” organized by the Riga Medical College of the University of Riga starts this week. The virtual part of the program will take place over two days – March 26 and 27.

🔸The aim of the lectures of the virtual part is to provide an insight into military medicine, to explain the difference between a disaster and military medicine, the experience of Ukraine is also provided. The lectures were made in cooperation with the Department of Emergency Medicine of Shupyk National University of Healthcare of Ukraine.

🔸Our college students also participate in this program: Amanda Bētere, Mārīte Zīra, Kristīne Ozoliņa, Sabīne Minkova, Diāna Cakule. Students from Daugavpils Medical College, as well as students from Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic, also participate in the courses.

🔸The face-to-face part of the course will take place from 8.-12. April, during which the participants will even go to the Kadaga military base! Participants will have an interesting experience both in the virtual part of the course and in person 🤩
