During this week, more than 20 students and lecturers from Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Denmark and Iceland gained important knowledge and shared their experience of patient care in an intercultural context and related ethical issues. Students had the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge by presenting scientific articles, as well as to develop their multicultural competencies by working in international working groups during the week. Despite the fact that the courses were held remotely, all participants undoubtedly gained new knowledge and colossal experience that can be used in both professional and personal areas of life.
