Nordplus PCC Educators Meeting

In 2024, the Riga Medical College of the University of Latvia successfully participated in the Nordplus Higher Education Project Competition and received funding for the development of a network with Novia University of Applied Science, University of Tartu and University of Iceland.
The first day of the meeting was held in the form of a retreat, including a visit to Rundāle Palace. During the meeting, the content and the organisation of the Intensive Course 2025 in Tartu, Estonia were planned. The selection of students will start in September. Students are invited to apply by 15 October!📣
The aim of the project is to promote awareness and ethics of person-centered care (PCC) at the end of life. This approach is becoming particularly important in healthcare today and therefore the experience gained is relevant for healthcare students in Latvia.
